- The item must be unused or unworn (it is of course permitted to try on textiles once).
- Pack the item in the original packaging (enclose the delivery note), frank the package sufficiently (you will bear the shipping costs) and bring it to a DHL station near you.
- As soon as the return has arrived, the purchase price will be refunded to you.
