If you want to return an item or want to make a complaint, you've come to the right place.

    Returns

    You have a 14-day right of return.

    • Fill out the form below.
    • You will then receive an email with the return address within 24 hours.
    • The item must be unused or unworn (it is of course permitted to try on textiles once).
    • Pack the item in the original packaging (enclose the delivery note), frank the package sufficiently (you will bear the shipping costs) and bring it to a DHL station near you.
    • As soon as the return has arrived, the purchase price will be refunded to you.

      Complaints

      Clear manufacturing and processing errors are considered legitimate grounds for complaint.

      • Complaints are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
      • It is usually not necessary to return the defective item, you can keep the defective item and receive a new one free of charge.
      • If a more detailed assessment of the defects is necessary, you will receive a free return label by email.
      • For textiles, you should wash the item immediately after delivery, taking into account the care instructions. Any pressure residues can disappear.
      • Fill out the form below and attach a photo showing the defect.
