The shipping is of course plastic-free. 
In order to ensure this environmentally friendly 
shipping method, the shipping costs may be a 
little higher than you are used to.

The items will be sent with the DHL "GoGreen" 
shipping offer. With "GoGreen" shipping, 
DHL offers climate-neutral shipping, 
which means that emissions caused by shipping 
are offset by global investments in climate 
protection.

been sent in an environmentally friendly way.

In order to avoid unnecessary overproduction 
and not to burden our environment with 
unnecessary deliveries/returns, no exchange 
is offered. 
Instead, please refer to the size chart and 
measure if necessary. :) If in doubt, you 
can order one size larger, so your new 
favorite piece sits casually.

If the item still doesn't fit, you have a 14-day 
right of return.

Print media:

If you discover a printing error on posters, 
you can complain it here within 7 days of 
receipt of the delivery. 

In general, it is not necessary to return the 
product, you will receive a new one free and 
you can dispose the defective one. 
Should a more detailed examination be 
necessary, you will receive a free return label.


Textiles:

Please wash your product immediately after 
delivery and pay attention to the following 
care instructions:

- Wash your product once before you wear it, 
this will remove any print residue 
(this can also be tried before a complaint).

- If you lay the product in cold water before 
washing it for the first time, you will prevent 
it from shrinking.

- Wash at 30°C.

- If you don't use a tumble dryer, your product 
will last even longer.

- Be sure to turn your product inside out when 
washing and ironing.

Any print residues often disappear in the 
process. 

If the defect persists or ink falls off after the 
first wash, you can complain it here within 
7 days of receipt of the delivery. 

Usually, it is not necessary to return the product, 
you will receive a new one free and you can 
dispose the defective one. 
Should a more detailed examination be 
necessary, you will receive a free return label.

You have a 14-day return policy.

Please do not order multiple items of clothing to try on 
multiple sizes, instead refer to the size charts in the 
item descriptions and in doubt, order one size larger. 
This prevents unnecessary overproduction, shipping 
costs and waste of resources.
