Complaints

Clear manufacturing and processing errors are considered legitimate grounds for complaint.

  • Complaints are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
  • It is usually not necessary to return the defective item, you can keep the defective item and receive a new one free of charge.
  • If a more detailed assessment of the defects is necessary, you will receive a free return label by email.
  • For textiles, you should wash the item immediately after delivery, taking into account the care instructions. Any pressure residues can disappear.
