Exchange: As these are custom-made items, exchanges are unfortunately not possible. Therefore, please note the size chart, if in doubt, order one size larger, then your favorite piece will fit casually. If the item still doesn't fit, you can of course return it.
Complaints: Manufacturing and processing errors are valid reasons for complaints. For textiles, you should wash the item immediately after delivery, taking into account the care instructions. As any deficiencies in print durability become clear and complaints can therefore be made. Complaints are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
