Returns, Exchanges and Complaints Non-clothing

• Exchange: As these are custom-made items, exchanges are unfortunately not possible.

• Complaints: Manufacturing and processing errors are valid grounds for complaints.
  For textiles, you should wash the item immediately after delivery, taking into account the care instructions. As any deficiencies in print durability become clear and complaints can therefore be made.
  Complaints are accepted within 14 days of the delivery date.
